Very easy to find from the San Stae waterbus ( 3 mins walk ) Lovely helpful staff, clean room, quiet. Nice location as it's away from the busy areas. Good little local bars.

The room was fantastic. Very clean and big. The bathroom was very clean. The location was very good. We were able to walk around to most of the places. Most of the staff were good, but one or two were quite rude. But we din't mind.

It is a great location close to a water bus stop. The 2nd floor room was very quiet. We had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. They held our luggage on our departure day.

Good location for us, a twenty minute walk to St Marks Square suited us nicely. Cleaners are thorough, cleaned our room every day.

The property was so beautiful with lovely decor. The rooms were quaint and comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable we slept on on the trip. It was interested they had us turn the key in everything we left but we liked we didnt risk losing it!

Property was clean very well equiped and spacious by European standards. They do however need new pillows as they were hard as rock and there is are no windows open to viewssomething they can do little about.

The decor in our room (one of the red ones) was great a really decadent feel! Location was good, within a few minutes walk of the water boat line in San Stae, and an easy walk to several local osterias. About a 15 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge, and a further 8 minutes to San Marco. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was small, but had everything we needed, and the water pressure was great. Small fridge in the room with water, was much appreciated! Air conditioning worked brilliantly.

Location was amazing, the rooms where large and very accommodating for 4 ladies with lots of luggage. The staff where all amassing, Katerina the manager was absolutely gorgeous and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend staying here its in the family friendly area and you get to see the real Venice.
